About

Kinetics.co.za is an initiative brought to you by Tony Paladin, Janine (Hugo) Paladin and Stuart Forsyth aimed toward promoting health, wellness and sport for all people in the South African community, ranging from athlete to elderly

The Kinetics.co.za team is comprised of a network of health professionals who work together in assisting people to achieve their physical goals through activity and sport.

Conceptualised as a mechanism to promote sports events and sporting brands, Kinetics.co.za also strives to promote an active lifestyle to all!

Kinetics.co.za aims at providing up to date information on training facilities & sports events and serves to provide information on training and injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Our public forum is a website from which people can gain access to information, chat to others, ask the professionals opinion and purchase training aids online. Further services include sports events calendars and locating groups of people with whom to train.

The Kinetics.co.za team promotes awareness of training smartly and staying injury free by attending sporting events such as trail runs, adventure races and triathlons where a gazebo is set up with a number of portable beds. Participants in the events are encouraged to get rub downs, stretch and engage with our on site team.

We live by our slogan "From Injury to Activity" and promote health and participation in exercise to people of all ages and backgrounds in order to keep them strong, healthy and happy.
